VICTORIA – The British Columbia Construction Association (BCCA) is launching a “new and improved” Builders Life TalentCentral platform, with a user-focused online job board.
Established as an online career hub, it is designed to easily connect employers with skilled talent and help individuals explore career opportunities in the industry.
The platform now features job match optimization as well as AI-enabled functionality for both employers and job seekers, helping each side identify best fits, highlight opportunities to strengthen resumes and job postings, and access expanded career development programs, a release reads.
“TalentCentral has always been about bringing people and employers together,” said Chris Atchison, president of BCCA, in a statement. “But today’s workforce and hiring practice challenges demand more. We’ve reimagined the platform to be as intuitive as possible for users, providing an accessible experience that reflects where the industry is headed.”
The launch of the new platform reflects BCCA’s ongoing commitment to workforce development, industry growth and building a more inclusive and sustainable 鶹ýӳ sector, the release adds.
