NEW WESTMINSTER, B.C. – Approximately 150 building industry leaders, policy-makers and others are slated to gather for a symposium and awards, championing the switch from fossil fuels to electrification.
On Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, the signature conference of the Building to Electrification Coalition (B2E), a program of the Zero Emissions Innovation Centre.
The event marks five years of B2E’s work to accelerate building electrification across B.C., explains a release.
“B2E, a coalition of across sectors, is at a pivotal point as it works to reduce building emissions while responding to growing energy demand and the costs of new Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» and retrofits — working to shift the sector from electrification targets to implementation at scale,â€� it adds.
