SCARBOROUGH, ONT. — A groundbreaking ceremony was held late last month for King’s Park, a new purpose‑built rental community at 146 Galloway Rd. in Scarborough, marking the official start of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­.

Hosted by 146 Galloway Inc., along with its partners Mondconsult Limited and Kantium, the event brought together project team members and stakeholders to mark the launch of this multi‑unit residential community.

This milestone formally transitions King’s Park into active Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ and highlights the ongoing growth and positive momentum within the Scarborough–Guildwood area as new housing options continue to take shape.

Designed by RAW Design the project is slated to include more than 160 units.
