BRAMPTON, ONT. – A male worker has died after being struck by an industrial truck during roadwork in the area of Countryside Drive and The Gore Road in Brampton, Ont.
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 1:30 p.m. yesterday.
The 33-year-old man was pronounced dead at the site.
The intersection was closed for several hours and the Ministry of Labour was notified of the incident and is investigating.
