LAVAL, QUE. — Engineering and consulting firm Englobe has announced the acquisition of Reinbold Engineering Group, a Calgary-based mechanical engineering firm.
“The acquisition builds on Englobe’s established expertise in the buildings sector and enhances its ability to support clients not only in designing and delivering high-performance buildings across 鶹ýӳ, but also in ensuring optimal, resilient operations throughout their entire lifecycle,” a release reads.
The addition of Reinbold’s team strengthens Englobe’s capacity in energy modelling and commissioning.
Through the acquisition Englobe will bring in more than 90 team members working in offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Vancouver and Toronto.
Financial details were not disclosed.
